I'm Nuno Valério -- a Portuguese pharmacist turned innovation leader, currently heading Quality Digital Innovation & Organizational Effectiveness at Merck Healthcare R&D in Germany, where I lead the technology, systems, and AI innovation portfolio for Quality -- modernizing QMS capabilities, elevating data integrity, and building inspection-ready, future-proof operations.
With 20+ years across community pharmacy, health economics, and pharmaceutical quality, I've built a career on making complex systems more human. I integrate strategic foresight, organizational development, and digital execution to ensure Quality remains a proactive enabler of scientific speed and patient safety.
Outside the corporate world, I'm a builder at heart. I leverage AI and personal creativity to help me ship tools, write books, create content of different kinds, and design systems for everything from personal finance to health tracking. Father of three. Lifelong learner. Endlessly curious.
